Plans

SDK subscription tiers range from startup plans to enterprise agreements. Each plan includes:
  • Support for on-premise deployment
  • A monthly allowance of processing minutes
  • Access to all core SDK models
Enterprise options include:
  • Custom audio evaluations
  • Dedicated engineering support and onboarding
  • Custom service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Offline or air-gapped licenses
Confirm the terms of these options in your agreement. See the current pricing page for plan allowances and monthly or annual prices. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
SDK usage is measured by the duration of audio processed (not session uptime), with millisecond-level granularity.
Usage is counted per model, not per stream. If you run more than one model over the same audio, each model consumes its own minutes. A 10-minute call sent through voice activity detection (VAD) and an enhancement model deducts 20 minutes from your quota (10 for the VAD, 10 for the enhancement).

The first 30 days from account creation include unlimited keys and processed minutes, including production use. Afterward, choose a monthly plan or contact us about Enterprise pricing.
The SDK continues working above your monthly allowance. We notify you as you approach the limit and contact you about upgrading or Enterprise pricing if you exceed it.
We offer fixed monthly or annual plans for predictable pricing. For volumes above our standard tiers, we offer custom enterprise agreements that include pay-as-you-go tiered pricing.
Usage is the duration of processed audio. If your application is open for 1 hour but processes 10 minutes of conversation, it uses 10 minutes of your quota.
Each model counts the audio it processes. A 10-minute stream through two models, such as VAD and enhancement, uses 20 minutes. Any additional model, such as Tyto, adds its own usage.
