Plans

The Real-Time SDK is offered as a monthly or annual license subscription with usage-based tiers, from startup-friendly plans to enterprise-scale agreements. Each plan includes:
  • Support for on-premise deployment
  • A monthly allowance of processing minutes
  • Access to all of our models
Enterprise plans can also include:
  • Custom audio evaluations
  • Priority access to new models and beta features
  • Volume-based commercial terms
SDK usage is measured by the duration of audio processed (not session uptime), with millisecond-level granularity.
Usage is counted per model, not per stream. If you run more than one model over the same audio, each model consumes its own minutes. A 10 minute call sent through a VAD and an enhancement model deducts 20 minutes from your quota (10 for the VAD, 10 for the enhancement).

Yes, you can test ai-coustics SDK for 30 days from the account creation for free, including in production. Simply create an account on our Developer Platform, generate a key and follow guides and examples from our documentation to get started.
ai-coustics allows unlimited production testing during the 30 day evaluation period.
You can test freely in production without any limits to created keys or processed minutes, for the first 30 days from account creation. After that you’ll have to sign up for one of our monthly plans or contact us to discuss Enterprise pricing.
The SDK will continue to work even if you exceed your monthly minute allowance. We will notify you when you’re approaching the limit. If you go over your monthly minutes we will reach out and gently remind you to upgrade your plan or discuss Enterprise pricing.
We offer fixed monthly or annual plans for predictable pricing. For volumes above our standard tiers, we offer custom enterprise agreements that include pay-as-you-go tiered pricing.
Usage is calculated based on the duration of the audio in minutes processed by the engine. For example, if your application is open for 1 hour, but you only process 10 minutes of conversation, you are deducted 10 minutes from your quota.
Every model counts separately. Minutes are deducted per model for the audio that model processes, so running two models in parallel over the same stream costs twice as many minutes as running one.This also applies when the models serve different purposes. A VAD followed by a speech enhancement model is still two models: 10 minutes of audio through a VAD plus an enhancement model deducts 20 minutes in total.The same logic applies to any additional model in the chain, for example adding an Audio Insight analysis model to an enhancement pipeline.

Yes, we offer subscription packages with monthly and annual billing. The yearly pricing includes a 10% discount.
Subscriptions and payments are managed through Stripe. You can access your billing settings, manage your plan, change payment method or generate an invoice in the Stripe customer portal. You can also upgrade your plan directly from Developer Platform.
No, you don’t need to provide any card to test for free for the first 30 days.
No, our plans renew on a monthly or annual basis and you can cancel at any time.
