Model Naming Changes

Quail VAD -> VAD

Our voice activity detection models dropped the Quail prefix. The model IDs now start with vad-, so the model type is clear from the ID itself.

VAD also moved from 2.0 to 2.1 in this release, so the new ID is both a rename and a newer model version. VAD Voice Focus stays at 2.0 and is a rename only.

Enhancement and analysis models are unaffected. Quail, Quail Voice Focus, Rook, and Tyto keep their names and their quail-*, quail-vf-*, rook-*, and tyto-* IDs.

Sparrow -> Rook

Our perceptual speech enhancement models are now called Rook.
