SDK usage is measured by the duration of audio processed (not session uptime), with millisecond-level granularity.

Simply create an account on our Developer Platform, generate a key and follow guides and examples from our documentation to get started.

You can test freely in production without any limits to created keys or processed minutes, for the first 30 days from account creation.
After that you’ll have to sign up for one of our monthly plans or contact us to discuss Enterprise pricing.

The SDK will continue to work even if you exceed your monthly minute allowance. We will notify you when you’re approaching the limit.
If you go over your monthly minutes we will reach out and gently remind you to upgrade your plan or discuss Enterprise pricing.

For volumes above our standard tiers, we offer custom enterprise agreements that include pay-as-you-go tiered pricing.

Usage is calculated based on the duration of the audio in minutes processed by the engine.
For example, if your application is open for 1 hour, but you only process 10 minutes of conversation, you are deducted 10 minutes from your quota.
